 DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM / SHOP FRONT?

You can visit our warehouse in Kurnell NSW, you can inspect the rope before purchase or collect an order.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

  Orders are sent out same day as it was placed, same day dispatch only applies to orders placed before 1pm AEST/AEDT.

 

If your order is placed after the cut off it will be sent next business day, we will contact you within 24 hours or the next business day if your order has been delayed or is out of stock.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEMS SHIPPING

All orders have tracking numbers, we will send through a tracking number to your email once the order has been dispatched.

 

If you can’t find your tracking number in your email please check the email account listed when ordering is correct & your spam/junk folder. Any issues please contact us.

 

NEED A PRODUCT ASAP

  If you need something as soon as possible and cannot wait for it to be delivered with regular post we can offer same-day courier delivery or pick-up from our Kurnell warehouse.

 

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM LENGTH OF A ROPE?

  Ordering a custom length of certain rope can be arranged, please contact us for pricing and lead times. This only applies to some products
